- Filing in all different ways
- Using the telephone taking and saving messages
- Using the computer to produce documents, newsletters, spreadsheets, databases etc….

- Photocopying
- Franking
- Reception duties
- Looking after visitors, new clients etc….

Gaining the Certificate gives you the opportunity to progress to level 2 qualilfications and apprenticeships.
